The above methodology has been seamlessly deployed for sending and receiving information from handheld devices at approximate cost of Re. 1 per SMS, the data can be accessed from servers as well as fed into them. For e.g., enabling financial planning advisors to report in data through handheld devices, the development of this technology has the possibility of making a major impact on timeliness and cost of reporting.
