		Instructional designer – 1 yr experience in Industry
		Individual must have :
		Good command over English Language (both spoken and written) Working knowledge of Instructional Design concepts and theories Experience with storyboarding Ability to learn new subjects and grasp new concepts quickly – BIFS sector preferable Ability to work independently as well as work in teams Ability to plan own work and adhere to project schedules Working knowledge of computers, especially MS Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Ability to train people from other non-eLearning domains if required Plan, document, and successfully execute timelines Experience with reviewing storyboards and courses Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Visio

		Individual must have:

		Individual should be able to:
		Work with Instructional Designers to provide the high-level design for courses Implement storyboards for WBTs and CBTs in Flash Create Graphical User Interfaces (GUI) for courses Train people from other domains, if required Create the Design Specifications Document (DSD) for courses Plan, document, and successfully execute timelines Work in Sound Forge to edit audio

		Flash Programmer
		Individual should be able to:
		Use ActionScript and JavaScript to design the architecture of courses Create SCORM- and AICC-compliant courses Take requirements from clients and turn around a solution Resolve technical queries of the team and the client and conduct training, if required Create the Design Specifications Document (DSD) for courses Plan, document, and successfully execute timelines

		Executive Assistance - PR & Corp. Communications:
		Individual would be responsible for corporate communication including media relations, advertising, newsletters and content for website, intranet, newsletters etc. Also, to plan and execute promotional activities like tradeshow participation, seminars & conferences and other support and departmental activities.

		Senior Management:
		Individuals that have held key positions of responsibility and have excellent records of success in their past experiences can look to apply as a part of the Senior Management team at KNIPL The senior management takes responsibility of handling the prime objective of the clients business. As a project manager, he/she is responsible in developing a strategy (in tandem with the client- internal/ external) and recommending the right steps in implementing the strategy. Project managers work closely with their teams to continuously improve their productivity, thinking and in providing a direction to the strategy.

		Accounts Assistant:
		Candidate should be able to assist the department in daily routine activities. Should be aware with basic accounting. Knowledge of TDS, Tally, FBT, Service Tax, Bank Reconciliation, Handling Petty cash and invoicing Procedure etc. is desired. The candidate should be good in communication & Interpersonal skills. Should have worked with accounting package & should be well versed with computers, as organization deals with online invoice system

		Front desk handling Taking down request ,coordinating for all Admin & IT requirements Receiving walk-ins Excellent personality and good communication skills Maintaining record of Couriers / mails / phone calls
		Candidate must possess good communication and interpersonal skills. Candidate must be willing to work till 8.30 pm. Candidate from Gurgaon will be preferred.

		Web Designer (Experienced In Action Scripting)
		The candidate must be able to design & maintain our highly creative and user friendly websites using HTML, CSS, Java Script, Action Scripting - 2.0 or 3.0, ASP or VB Script, Photoshop CS3 or CS2, Flash CS3 or 8.0, Illustrator CS2/CS3, Dream weaver CS3 or 8.0. The candidate must be Creative and with good Visualizing power. The candidate must be with an experience of 2-3 years ( in action scripting )
