Training Management System (TMS) is an interactive automated application used by training managers, administrators, operations executive at various levels to manage the training, sales, events, recruitments, invoices or any other activity of an organization nationally or internationally. TMS is customizable to the requirements of our clients. Applications with separate functions are available within the TMS for online data management. The flow of Information within these applications is seamless & as per requirements.

Some of these applications include:
  • Application, Registration, Training, Evaluation & Certification (ARTEC) ARTEC is used for tracking all the stages of any training related functions which include Application, Registration, Training, Evaluation & Certification (ARTEC).
  • Training Event Management System (TEMS) TEMS is used to keep details on the events organized by the trainers at their regions and generate reports.
  • Agency Training Management System (ATMS) ATMS tracks the Agency Sales training conducted for the FAs (Financial Advisors) by the trainers in different branches.
  • It generates reports on:
    • Details of the FAs – Branch-wise
    • Training Attendance
    • Whether the advisor has met target of sales within 30, 60 or 90 days of receiving the license.
    • Trainer-wise scheduled training details.
  • Invoicing Management System (IMS) IMS is used to generate invoices and keep track of expenses incurred during the training conducted within the organization.
  • Enquiry Management System (EMS) EMS allows the user to store all the inquiries and a set of functionalities for you to read, write and search for all previous record of enquiries or messages. By using EMS, User can login to the system to send a new enquiry message, read the enquiry, and manage the details.
  • Activity Information Management System (AIMS) AIMS is a software designed to track the daily activity of the Financial Planner. The Objective of the software is to create robust Online Reports through central collation of data of daily activities of the Financial Planner.
