Over 1, 500 hours of Elearning Material has been developed by the Content Development Team at KNI in various streams which includes BFSI & IT sector. Besides this, we have developed customized content & learning solutions for various clients. The content has been created through the implementation of the ADDIE process framework (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate). While creating such content for its clients, KNI’s ensures combining the appropriate instructional and visual design approaches so that the desired objectives are met.

We have been increasingly involved with organizations in converting their legacy of Instructor led training content (available in PPT’s, Texts etc) into e–format (Flash-Based Environment) to accommodate to a wider audience with or without any support of the Instructors. Our Content Development & E-Conversion team has been involved in the process of converting PowerPoint Presentations, AV’s, text or any material into dynamic e-learning material as per requirements.

Content created by SME or given by the client has to follow a certain visual design approach. This is done while carefully examining the needs of the learners who would be using such modules. There are 5 levels of Interactivity involved with Level 5 providing the maximum use of Interactivity with the necessary media treatment.

Our CDEC Team includes Instructional Web Designers, Graphic Designers, Web Developers, Multimedia Developers & System Analysts. They are proficient in working in various internet technologies & Designing tools which include Adobe CS3, Photoshop CS2/CS3, Captivate 3, Rapitivity, Dream weaver CS3/8.0, Illustrator CS2/CS3, Flash CS3/8.0, Audio/Video Editing softwares (Premiere Pro, Sound Forge) ,Visual Studio DOT NET 2005, SQL Server 2005, etc.
