Founder & Chairman: Dr. Rakesh Khurana

Dr. Rakesh Khurana, Founder & Chairman KNIPL (2000), has been an academic entrepreneur. He currently leads the development of content and learning technologies at KNIPL and is a consultant to many corporates and academic establishments.

He has had over 3 decades of experience in leading academic and training institutes in India, Europe, Far east, USA, Africa, and South Asia , it spans to innovating , developing new curricula, teaching and setting up leading management institutions and learning technologies.

He was the founder Program Director of IMI, New Delhi , Director – School of Management studies & Pro Vice Chancellor – IGNOU , where he developed content for management courses which became the single largest distance education program .He was chairman of committees which launched admission tests for management and other disciplines ( CAT/ MAT) in the 70’s/80’s) and was faculty with IIM( A) . He also founded in 1994 a society- AMES, a division of which ATS- Aptitude testing services conducted tests for over 45 universities and institutions for UG/PG level and corporates in over a dozen disciplines. He also launched the experiment of education and training thru satellite (TDCC, of ISRO, SINET) in 1997 at All India Management association (AIMA)

His academic preparation includes degrees in engineering, management and economics from institutions like Punjab Engineering College, Indian Institute of Management (Ahemdabad) and Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern, Illinois, USA.

He has been on the board of ICICI Bank Ltd, ICICI Knowledge Park Ltd, Escorts Investment Trust Ltd, member of prestigious academic bodies – UGC, AICTE, Member CII committee on Literacy, member FICCI committee on management etc.

Co Founder & Executive Director: Ms. Ashita Khurana

Ashita Khurana co founded Knowlege Network India (P) Ltd. She leads the corporate strategy team and ensures that KNIPL products and services are cutting edge in technology, content and inline with the industry requirements.

Her responsibilities include developing strategic partnerships, managing client relationships and expanding the network of subject matter experts. She concentrates on developing appropriate learning and training solutions for clients.

Ashita completed her MBA (Marketing) from Charles Sturt University (Aus) and BBA (Hons) from Thames Valley University (UK) and has actively been a part of the elearning industry since February 2000.

She has achieved to successfully service over 2 dozen corporates and academic establishments satisfactorily for their learning and training needs.
