Abstract:
It is important at this stage, we look back at what we had traveled and what are the issues that industry and the other stakeholders have to address in order to ensure smooth passage in the years to come, so that some years later, people stand up and say this is a good healthy insurance industry and this sets example for most of the countries. IRDA has a mission of creating a very healthy and modern insurance sector and life insurance industry has a council, which is committed to help the IRDA and the industry to reach a level of excellence. If we have to get there to set an example of a good industry, what are the things that we have to look at?
